The annual general meeting of the Éire Philatelic Association will be held in conjunction with BALPEX 2018 on September 1, 2018 at 2:00 pm.  All are invited to attend this event.  After a short business meeting we willhear a presentaion by Raymond Murphy on Irish Official Mail, the subject of his recent book.  The ÉPA will have a table in the bourse area during the three days of the show,  with a display of Irish material and a single frame on Irish philately.  In addition there will be numberous exhibits of Irish philately in the exhibit area.  Please stop by our table and say hello.
