Mercer R. Bowers Award
For New and Improved Exhibits

The Waterford crystal awards are given in honor of my grandfather, Marcer R. Bowers,
who got me interested in stamp collecting.
The goal of the awards is to encourage new and improving exhibiting by ÉPA members.
Award Criteria
* One award for a multi-frame exhibit bu an ÉPA member
* The exhibit must have received a previous award higher than a silver
* The award may not have previously been won for the same exhibit
* The award is only given at the AGM each year
* One award for a single frame exhibit by an ÉPA member
* The criteria is the same as a multi-frame exhibit
